Activate DUO Offline mode prior to your trip
Offline mode will allow you to log in without an Internet connection.
If you have changed phones since activation offline mode you will need redo the activation process before you travel.
At your next Duo prompt, before authenticating on your phone, press "Cancel"
Click the link as seen circled in pink in the below image.
Then click "Send Push" and finish authentication. If the Offline Mode enrollment panel does not show up next, contact IT.
