Book the OWL Camera for Hybrid Meetings

Book the OWL Camera for Hybrid Meetings the same way you would book the CA room or any other conference room. If you would like to book the OWL Camera and have AV support, please follow the instructions below:

On Google Calendar select the CREATE button on the top left corner of your screen

Click the ADD ROOM Button 

Click the TECH RESOURCES tab and select OWL CAMERA

 

Add this resource whenever you are having a hybrid zoom meeting or google meeting. 

The AV team will get notified when it is booked and will be there to set-up.
